Join us for the kick off of National Safe Boating Week! This seminar will cover safe boating and the elements of a Vessel Safety Check. After the seminar, members of the Winthrop Harbor Flotilla 41-09, U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, will be available to conduct a FREE Vessel Safety Check for your vessel's compliance with Federal and State safety requirements.
